  • Steps of Payment of Application Fees through Online Mode: NEFT/RTGS/UPI

  • Application against caste category should have valid Caste certificate, Caste Validity certificate & Non-Creamy layer Certificate as applicable at the time of application (OBC, ST, SC, NT, EWS etc), otherwise application will be rejected.
  • Application fees is Non-refundable.
    Duly filled & signed application form (pdf file) has to be sent to email-phdadmission@ternaengg.ac.in with all the attachments before due date.

  1.  Shortlisted Candidates need to prepare Short research proposal (5- 12 pages. word Document) and PPT presentation (No specific format) in front of Interview panel
  2.  Selected Candidates need to do follow below steps:
    • Pay PhD fees (DD {in favor of “Principal, Terna Engineering College” payable at Navi-Mumbai})
    • One set Photocopy & Originals of-
      ME mark sheet and degree certificate
    • BE mark sheet and degree certificate
    • Hard copy of brief research proposal (5-10pages.word Document)
    • Passport Size Photographs – 4 copies
    • Last Leaving certificate
      If M.E. is completed from other than University Of Mumbai then research Centre will ask for Eligibility certificate & Migration Certificate.
    • In case of name change after marriage, four attested Xerox copies of marriage certificate.
      Caste certificate, Caste Validity certificate & Non-Creamy layer
      Certificate as applicable (OBC, ST, SC, NT, EWS etc)

Note :

  1. Application should reach within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
  2. Date of Interview will be displayed soon on website.
  3. Candidates need to submit ORIGINAL documents for verification.
  4. Cut off date for admission- shortlisted candidates need to secure admission within 7 days from admission notification. Failure to this, waitlisted candidates will get called for securing admission.
  5. No refund of fees will be paid in case of cancellation after securing Ph.D. programme admission.
