We proudly welcome all applicants to the Industrial Design Department at Terna Engineering College, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The Industrial Design Program commenced in 2022 with a carefully selected intake of students and continues to witness a surge in applications. 

The program is four-years long which offers building the foundation of design in year one and specialising in Industrial Design in years 2 to 4.The program is geared towards practical and applied research which accelerates design related knowledge, with approaches to defining and solving problems resulting in high-quality outcomes.
We foster creativity and explorative experiences for students in order to enable businesses and industries to overcome traditional and old-fashioned ideas. Industrial Design has a multi-faceted application in the development of cities, buildings, transport, bridges and landscapes to name a few. Designers are innovators who enhance the way we live and interact with the world around us.

The Bachelor of Industrial Design program has been strategically designed in line with the leading design trends in the industry with the goal of moulding and producing the most highly skilled creative experts in the field of Industrial design.
The Industrial Design industry is forever evolving, absorbing information and developing culture, making a positive impact upon our societies through the skills of imagination, visualisation and realisation. Today’s designers need to be adaptable, agile, proactive, resilient, curious and ambitious.
