The First-Year Engineering Program is the entry point for all beginning engineering students. It is one of the basic and important department to establish the important relationship between pure sciences and engineering branches.

All engineering students must complete the First-Year Engineering requirements before entering in specific departments . First year curriculum includes the subjects Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Chemistry, Engineering Physics, Basic Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Engineering Graphics, Engineering Mechanics,Basic Work-shop Practices , C programming and Professional Communication & Ethics. The First-Year Engineering Program provides students with a firm foundation and initial understanding of engineering and career options.

This department is furnished by well equipped laboratories ,Computer center, Language Laboratory and Work-shop, which gear up to ensure strong fundamentals. Our aim is to teach our students with new trends, as it becomes easy for them to accommodate themselves anywhere across the industries, in today’s globalized world.
