Terna Engineering College placements 2025-26 saw 77 students of Terna Engineering College, Nerul (Navi Mumbai), receive offers from Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), while 13 students were recruited by Godrej & Boyce, Godrej Enterprises Group and Godrej Infotech. The placement season at Terna usually builds slowly. Pre-placement talks, aptitude tests, shortlists on the notice board, then weeks of waiting. This year, the waiting ended with a big number: 77 offers from TCS alone, followed by the Godrej results.
77 TCS Offers: The Breakdown
TCS has hired from Terna for years — it sits on the college’s official recruiters list with the other regulars — but 77 selections in one drive is among the largest single-company results the campus has recorded. Students cleared the TCS National Qualifier Test (NQT), then technical and HR interviews.
The offers fall into three TCS categories: 2 students in TCS Prime (₹9.09 LPA), 10 in TCS Digital (₹7.09 LPA) and 65 in TCS Ninja (₹3.46 LPA). Branch-wise, Computer Engineering leads with 49 selections, followed by IT (12), AI & Data Science (7), EXTC (5), Electronics (3) and Mechatronics (1).

The Godrej offers came from Godrej & Boyce, Godrej Enterprises Group and Godrej Infotech. What these companies hire for matters more than the brand name. Godrej & Boyce and Godrej Enterprises Group take engineers into manufacturing and core roles, which is why the selected students come from Mechatronics, Electronics and Mechanical. Godrej Infotech hires for software and ERP consulting, picking up AI & DS and IT students. One season, one campus, offers on both the IT and core-engineering sides.

What Happens Before the Offers
Results like these start well before final year. The Placement Cell runs aptitude and coding practice from the pre-final year, mock interviews before each drive, and resume sessions, because HR rounds are where a surprising number of technically sound candidates stumble.
